Credentials

Kate Kitchen has, through the years, acquired a tremendous amount of media coverage for clients. Book reviews and talk show appearances have numbered in the hundreds. Stories, reviews or client placements have been on/in: AP/UPI, London Times, Popular Science, Washington Times, major newspapers in Italy, Portugal, England and Japan. Clients have appeared on Good Morning, America, CBS This Morning, CNN and Kitchen has exec-produced and placed clients on more than 30 half-hour cable-TV talk shows in Phoenix, AZ and Denver, CO. Clients have appeared on every major network in the country.

Kitchen's client list: past to present, has included ad agencies (copywriting and on-air talent for radio/TV commercials), authors, physicians and CEOs (speechwriting and promotion), Jacquelyn Mayer, Miss America 1963, Danton-Celebrity Make-up Artist (bookings and media) and scores of others. For three years, she was publicist for the brilliant Mr. Modem (aka Richard Sherman), author, speaker, and radio/TV talent.

A formidable speechwriter and speaker, Kitchen once wrote more than 300 speeches in a year's time for the mayor and dignitaries of the City of Virginia Beach...along with her professional duties as newsletter editor, publications manager and events coordinator. Through this deadline-oriented, creative environment, Kitchen honed her skills in this arena and will be concentrating more on inspirational and motivational speaking to college students as well as focusing on speaking at healthcare, civic and corporate functions in the near future. She was invited to teach several specific classes at the University of Denver to graduate students in public relations and has spoken at various colleges about career direction.
